Refund policy
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 14 days. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. Once your request has been approved, you will have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) concerned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging, with the barcode and all tags intact.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund appears on your account.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Sale and promotional items are subject to the same return policy as full-price items.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will therefore be informed of the return.
Shipping
To return your product, please send it to the return address provided by our customer service team via email.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are returning an item worth more than €80, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
EXCHANGES
Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit an exchange request. Once your request has been approved, you will have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) concerned.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging, with the barcode and all tags intact.

Shipping
For exchanges, return shipping costs are covered by us. You will receive a prepaid return label after contacting our customer service team.
