To ensure our customers have an optimal experience, Wersatile has two distinct shipping centers.

Our main center is based in France, from which all orders for the European Union and internationally (excluding Switzerland) are dispatched.

For our Swiss customers, we have set up a second shipping point in Lausanne, at our style offices, to avoid customs formalities and ensure a simpler and faster delivery of their parcels.

However, please note that the stock available in Switzerland will initially remain very limited. Some references may therefore quickly be out of stock. Replenishments will be organized regularly to offer you a complete catalog as often as possible.

France and European Union:

Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours. This timeframe may vary depending on order volume and special events (Black Friday, Christmas, Sales, etc.)

Delivery times are then determined by the selected shipping method.

International:
