STORAGE AREAS
To ensure our customers an optimal experience, Wersatile has two distinct shipping centers.
Our main zone is based in France, from which all orders destined for the European Union and international (excluding Switzerland) depart.
For our Swiss customers, we have set up a second shipping point in Lausanne, in our style offices, to avoid customs formalities and ensure simpler and faster receipt of their parcels.
However, please note that the stock available in Switzerland remains very limited initially. Some references may therefore quickly be out of stock. Replenishments will be organized regularly to offer you a complete catalog as often as possible.
DELIVERY TIMES
France and European Union:
Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours. This timeframe may vary depending on order volume and special events (Black Friday, Christmas, Sales, etc.).
Delivery times are then determined by the selected shipping method.
International:
Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours. This timeframe may vary depending on customs declarations, order volume, and special events (Black Friday, Christmas, Sales, etc.).
